Donald Ross

Profile:

Donald began following Guangzhou R&F at the start of the 2012 season having moved to nearby Foshan to teach English. Whilst his support was originally based on the fact that R&F play in the same blue and white as his club in the UK, Birmingham City, the feeling of jubilation that accompanied victory over city rivals Hengda dispelled any doubts about whether he had picked the right Guangzhou club to support. Definitely the first and, currently at least, the only non-Chinese member of the R&F supporters group the Canton Blue Dream Army, Donald has plenty of time to reflect on all matters R&F on the hour long trip to Yuexiushan Stadium.
