CSL Round 7 Review: Attendance and all the goals

It was a wet and wild weekend, Shanghai earning their first win in weeks in Dalian, multiple red cards and a late minute equalizer in Guizhou, and the Guangzhou sides changing positions at the top of the table.

Dalian Shide 0-1 Shanghai Shenhua
Attendance: 5,219

Henan Construction 1-0 Qingdao Jonoon
Attendance: 18,699

The hosts get one from Netto in the second half and it’s enough to secure them three points.

Guizhou Renhe 2-2 Dalian Aerbin
Attendance:21,060

It was a wild match in southwest China, the hosts finished the match two men down, one being Sun Jihai who played a part in both of Guizhou’s goals but was later sent off. For their part, the visitors finished with 10 men on the pitch, but came away with a point after two second half goals, including one on the last kick of the match.

Shandong Luneng 2-1 Guangzhou R&F
Attendance: 21,718

Antar and Macena score two in quick succession midway through the first half and all R&F could muster was an 82nd minute goal that was too little, too late as they go down in Jinan.

Liaoning Whowin 0-0 Beijing Guoan
Attendance: 21,882

Attendance: 7,644

It was Evergrande’s triple headed foreign beast which pretty much won the match on their own, Conca a second half substitute scoring two goals sandwiched between goals by Cleo and Muriqui.

Tianjin Teda 2-0 Hangzhou Greentown
Attendance: 11,966

Tianjin earns its second win in a row, this time Wang Xinxin found space and scored off a nice shot in the first half before Sjoerd Ars put the match out of reach in the second half.
